Fire hood EN 13911
Mod.-Nr: 13-0001.99 Category: Fire hoodsThese hoods are designed to protect during fire fighting. They have been manufactured in compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/425 in connection with EN ISO 13688:2013 (General Requirements) and EN 13911:2017 (fire hoods for for fire fighters).
The hood offers a vision field with elastics for face masks and covers the head, neck, shoulders and the upper parts from the chest and back. For an extra protection against particles we offer a modell with an additional neck protection.
The “Collar” of the hood should be worn under the jacket, in order to give unlimited protection also for the intermediate area.
This fire hood is manufactured from DuPontTM Nomex® Comfort Jersey (Interlock) and therefore fits on nearly all head sizes.
Fire hoods shall only be worn together with equivalent PPE, that means with PPE of similar or same protective properties.
